Holiday Layaway Policy
As a courtesy to our customers, The Creek Harley-Davidson offers a Holiday Layaway plan under the following terms and conditions:
- A deposit equal to 10% of the total balance is required to place an item on layaway.
- Additional payments on an item placed on layaway must be made every two weeks.
- Items on layaway must be picked up by December 23rd. Any item not claimed within this eight week period is subject to forfeiture of all deposits made to the account.
- Items placed on layaway are not subject to price change due to sale or clearance being activated after the item has been placed on Layaway.
- Items placed into layaway are eligible for a 10% holiday special during the promotional period only.
- Due to the changing nature of Harley-Davidson's® MotorClothes® product line, No cash refunds will be given on layaway items.
The following items cannot be placed in layaway:
- Items on a sale or clearance reduction
- Holiday decor
